The hotel is well kept, very clean, almost no smell despite the amount of cats. But I think the ultimate sell point is that the caretakers really love cats and want the best for all. The staff took very good care of them and sent me lots of photos every day, which made me feel very reassured and comfortable leaving them there. I also used the pick-up and drop-off service between my home and the hotel. Everything was handled on time, which was very helpful and convenient.

И я очень тщательно выбирала отель. Кошка до этого жила только с нами и боялась других людей. Но работники нашли подход к нашей привереде 😃 она даже начала тереться о них и ласкаться! забрали абсолютно здоровую, чистую кошку обратно. Каждый день присылали фото и видео с ней. Кормили, гладили и игрались. В комнате было 24/7 видеонаблюдение. В следующий раз не думая, привезем еще раз, если надо будет оставить ее на долгий срок. ——————————————— We left our cat here for almost a month and couldn’t be happier! ❤️ It was our first experience with a cat hotel. Before this, our cat had only ever lived with us and was afraid of other people. But the staff quickly found the right approach to our shy girl. 😄 She even started rubbing against them and asking for attention! We picked her up healthy, clean, and well cared for. Every day we received photos and videos of her. They fed her, played with her, and gave her lots of affection. The room also had 24/7 video monitoring, which gave us great peace of mind. We will definitely choose this cat hotel again if we ever need to leave our cat for an extended period. Highly recommended!

You cannot find a better place to leave your cat when you are away . The structure is perfect in every detail and the owner and the staff are amazing. Caring and professional.
